So Follow the Step

1) Right Click on Desktop then Go to New > Shortcut

2) Now new Window Will Popup

3) In that Write the Following Command

shutdown -s -t 3

Here 3 is Second to Shutdown Your Computer...You can Change (I like to Put 0

Now press Next

and Give Name Shutdown or Whatever You Wanna

For Restart Type following Code

shutdown -r -t 3

Now press Next and Rename and click right on its icon and change the shortcut icon properties as you like.

Now You will get New Shortcut on Desktop

Change that Shortcut icon and Enjoy.....

Remove shortcut arrow from desktop icons

1. Start regedit ie; Start->Run->regedit

Removed Shortcut Arrow

2.Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile

If you find difficult in reaching this file location, simply Press Ctrl+F to open find window. Enter "IsShortcut" and click find. now Press f3 till you get the file Inkfile located at Hkey_Classes_Root\Inkfile

3. Delete the IsShortcut registry value.

You may need to restart Windows
